The Wellington

You could not PAY me to live in this apartment. The staff are lazy and lying. I had a guy that liked to crank his music up right outside my window almost EVERYDAY about whom I complained probably eight times. Each time I complained, they would give me a big spill about all they were going to do about it, and NOTHING ever happened. Parties in the parking lot at night? Just call security. Oh wait, they won’t answer the phone. Forget using the amenities. They let just anyone in their pool area so it’s always crowded with local teenagers from the nearby high school. The gym is decent but constantly smells like smoke because Jen smokes like a chimney right behind it all day instead of doing her job. Last but not least, I had tonsillitis six times while living here. I have never had tonsillitis before or since living here. They supposedly did a mold check that came clean. Gather what you will. I have never broken a lease before, but I did here. Oh, and don’t plan on getting all of your security deposit back. They’ll find SOMETHING «you» did.
