I wanted to get a cut and color, a balayage to be more specific, and I had a hard time finding someone in the area. I know the balayage technique is difficult and I didn’t want someone to mess it up. My sister recommended Three Arrows. She works next door and sees many before and afters. Booking was easy, I was able to make an appointment for the next day with April.
I was greeted by smiling faces and was even offered something to drink. April was sweet and really understood my vague description of what I wanted. She did an amazing job! I have gotten so many compliments already and it has only been a few hours.
I highly recommend this salon. My balayage blends into my hair perfectly. I will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately, I was given THE WORST haircut. So uneven and too short for anyone else to fix. Was not even close to anything I had in mind. Been living with it for months and it’s painful to even look at it in the mirror. Slowly growing it out to have fixed by someone else because I would never return again. Excessive length was taken off without my consent. Lesson learned from this is to have a very very thorough consultation prior and don’t pay for a haircut I knew was horrible from the minute I walked out.

I have been going to Michelle for my hair, for over a decade now. She has always been great with suggestions and guidance when I’m not quite sure where to go with my hair. I can’t think of anyone who deserves a beautiful new salon more that this hardworking, kind, artistic soul. The collaboration of owners and stylists at Three Arrows is perfection. These ladies have been together so long they have a great system, and flow wonderfully together. I highly recommend.

After moving here from Texas and having the same hairstylist for the last 8 years I was terrified of trying someone new. I tried several different salons in the area before [thankfully] stumbling across April and this salon. Not only is the salon gorgeous, April has done a terrific job of keeping me happy (not an easy task) and I receive nothing but constant compliments on the color. You cannot go wrong with any of the stylist here but I cannot more highly recommend April; she is friendly, talented, efficient and most importantly, she listens to what YOU want! This will be my hair’s home from now on. You will not be disappointed in this salon!

The ladies here are very kind and attentive. They listen to your needs and follow through with your requests. I have only been pleased with the service they provide. April us a fantastic stylist, and there prices are more than reasonable. I WOULDN’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I have been going to Kellie for years to revive my tresses. She has great vision and creativity! I always have a relaxing experience and feel like a new woman when I walk out the door.
She recently did my hair for my wedding in July. We did trials a few weeks before so she would know exactly what I wanted and the day of she was so quick it was the only thing I didn’t have to stress about. Not to mention it was absolutely gorgeous.
The new salon is amazing! The artistic touches really make you feel like you’re on a spa retreat. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and at home. I love the new space!
If you haven’t checked it out it’s definitely time. Ask for Kellie!

I have been a client of Michelle’s for about 2 years. I absolutely love her. I completely trust her with my hair. Even my vauge descriptions of what I want, she always nails it! I have referred several friends to her and they always become regular clients of hers. She is experienced, smart and totally sweet. Also she is very accommodating my busy schedule!

I am a transplant to Washington and tried many places before happening on Kellie. SHE’s AMAZING! She not only help me fix a disaster of a color job first visit but has continued to impress me with great hair every time. Kellie has the ability to take my crazy descriptions and make them come to life better than I even pictured. Also since going to her I have a ton of new growth due to not having damaged hair from many years of lazy stylists. I plan on having her do my hair for as long as I live here and my daughter will be seeing her soon. My best friend swears by another Three Arrows stylist Michelle and has always been more than pleased by her work. All 3 ladies are awesome women who love their job and it shows in their results. You won’t leave disappointed!

Kellie’s been doing my hair for years and she’s the best! Not only does she do an amazing job on my hair, but she also takes the time before my appointment to research ideas and make suggestions for my style and color– that’s definitely going the extra mile to make her clients feel special. Aside from how much I adore Kellie as my hair stylist, I LOVE Three Arrows Salon. It’s beautiful and feels totally luxurious. At TAS, it doesn’t just feel like I’m going in to get a haircut, it feels like being pampered!
