This has got to be the best place to live in Silverdale! After being turned down by many apartments for not leasing short term and not wanting to help us out after moving to Washington state, Trillium Heights went above and beyond what is expected when it comes to apartments and residence service. Our family are so blessed and so happy to have a place to call home, and that place is called Trillium Heights! Thank you ladies for helping us find a home! :)

New management who are very helpful! Basic apartments set in a great group of spruce trees. Pet friendly with a gym indoor pool and business center. They are currently residing the entire complex so things are a bit upside down at the moment. Maintenance has improved greatly!

They honestly aren’t even ratable I had the same situation as Luis I recently checked my credit report and have an outstanding bill from them. It was ridiculous they kept my deposit and I paid everything the told me to pay. The apartment was clean and the carpet were in good condition! These people rip you off and steal your money! Don’t trust them

this is by far the worst place to rent! every time i call the front office no one ever answers there phone, and when I drive by… I always see them outside gossiping with other women. Parking is horrible here, sometimes you have to park 2 blocks away from were you live. oh, and the washers and dryers are so old, takes forever to dry and wash.
