I called Alex the first week of January to fix my garage door and was told he is very busy with new installs and would get to me when he had time. I got tired of waiting a month so I finally called someone else to get the job done. Altitude seems to only have time for big jobs usually.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Sunday afternoon and left a message for Alex at Altitude. He called back within 5 minutes and offered to put us at the front of the list the next morning in the event our car was stuck in the garage. Fortunately that wasn’t the case. When he came, he fixed it really quickly. Great work, highly recommend.
