Worse than I expected. I had heard that Xfinity/Comcast has terrible customer service, but the HOA where I live already pays for the TV through them, so I thought getting internet would be fairly easy — wrong. They gave me a box that was supposed to supply cable and internet, but it did not work. Two months and about a dozen phone calls later, they sent a technician out who determined that the box was defective. Now they are charging me for the two months the service was not working. This company is a joke.

What a joke. Tried to get Internet and tv. Set the appt up, agreed to a rate. Nobody ever showed, it’s been over a month now. I called 2 times since asking what the deal is. They just say let me locate a tech and we will call you back within the hour? I guess they don’t need any new customers.
