Lyn, the technician in the Salida area, was wonderful. My carpets were cleaned on a Friday by a local steam cleaning company. Long story short, they still looked dirty and had many stains, including pet accidents, which were still visible and smelly. Lyn came to my house first thing Saturday morning. He discussed what could be done to clean my carpets. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a price based on my specific needs before getting started. He was really reassuring and helpful, and believe me I was emotional after wasting $ 160 with the first company. My carpets smelled better and looked better immediately as he was working and still do two weeks later. I was skeptical of OxiFresh but now understand the way the enzymes work and the benefits versus putting a ton of water deep into the carpets. I will be calling Lyn in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs. He definitely cleaned up dirt stains, pets stains and smells. By the way, my carpet is an offwhite Berber, the reduction in visible stains was dramatic. A couple still have a faint appearance, but it is very light carpet and I do have pets. Overall, Lyn with oxifresh provided great service and exceeded my expectations.
