So I just have to say that Traeger Customer and Technical Service are top-notch. I had a problem with my Traeger not powering on(have a digital control panel) and they provided me with alternatives to get a new fuse(like Radio Shack or come to there location in Tigard). Went to Traeger and they provided me a new fuse no charge. Added new fuse, that didn’t do the trick, called them again and they told me to bring the pellet hopper only to them in Tigard and they’d check it all out. Did that and it turned out to be the digital control panel, they replaced it verified everything was working and again no charge. That’s just great customer service! They have a customer for life now! Thank you Traeger!

You have got to love a business that takes such good care of their customers. Service desk open 7 days a week at an 800 number, send replacement parts out to support product even after the warranty is expired, always sends a bag of pellets along with the order… Etc., etc., etc. They are the Nordstrom and the Les Schwab of grills. The customer is treated like his last name is Traeger. They never fail to exceed my expectations. Wow. …and the hardwood smoke food is fantastic. You can, indeed, taste the difference.
