I have purchased four cars from First Kia. 2 new and 2 used… I have nothing but good things to say about First Kia. On the other hand avoid First Honda like the plague. First Honda and salesman Charles are less than honest. Very bad experience and I would give the whole Automotive Group 2 stars based on our experience with First Honda.

We’ve been going to the Nissan service department forever! Robert Martell is the best… always accommodating – even with last minute services. We have two boys (now young men) that always remembered that their cars needed an oil change or the brakes were making sounds at the very last minute – usually right before they needed their cars to go on a trip or some concert event. Robert always did his best to get to their cars in. I trust First Nissan with their car recommendations, I never feel that they’re trying to sell me something that I don’t need. It’s nice to know that you’re sincerely being taken care of! Best place to take your car!!!

Kudos to Daniel Bradbury, Sales Rep! Programmed our cell phones to our Nissan Rogue purchased at 1st Auto. He went above and beyond the call of duty for a bunch of tech challenged Seniors! He got the cells up and running in no time. Got to love these folks at 1st Auto Group!!! One classy organization along with the people who run it!

Just bought my 3rd Honda Pilot from these guys. Excellent service. Good value. And when they accidentally uphold my maid when she bought her Kia they extended me the favor of rewriting the contract because she couldn’t afford the extended warranty coverage (even though they weren’t obliged to).
