AG Pain Management

i just went into the office to try and get an appt, i have been on pain management for 7 years and was looking around for a new one now that i just purchased a Blue Shield PPO .
ALL i did was walk in the office and i was immediately looked down upon and talked to like absolute crap by the blonde with glasses behind the desk, «SORRY WE DON’T TAKE BLUE SHIELD THROUGH COVERD CA «with her crappy attitude. then she asks what i take (mind you with out even being a doctor or knowing any of my medical history) i told her what i take for pain and her instant response » YEAH WELL DR GUPTA DOESN’T WORK LIKE THAT HE’D TAPER YOU OFF «(again not knowing anything about me). So needless to say i walked out extremely upset !!!
so if your reading this Dr Gupta, please re-​train or fire that girl .
i have 6 bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, etc etc and im in need of total disc replacement surgery. MAYBE YOU BETTER NOT BE A «B» AND FIND OUT WHO YOUR TALKING TO AND HOW YOU’RE TALKING AND WHATS WRONG BEFORE YOU JUDGE. SINCERELY UPSET!!!

After many years of distress and agony of doctors not being able to diagnose my condition correctly, I met Dr. Gupta. First of all I have always been treated as a real person by AG Pain Management and not just a billable patient. Josie the Office Manager has time after time helped me with questions, referrals, document requests and billing questions with a smile and patience. After careful testing and personal attention from Dr. Gupta we were able to come up with a management that makes sense for me which included procedures that have improved my quality of life tremendously. I was able to get relief that I looked for in other medical offices/​practitioners and was not able to ever get. The doctor works with me consistently and is proactive in ensuring my pain is managed. I would recommend this provider to my family and close friends and would trust the care given.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the rudeness of the person I was talking to was unbearable. She frequently interrupted me while I was still talking, and when I confronted her, she continued with the same vulgar «I know it all» tone instead of apologizing. Clearly, people calling doctors’ offices are in pain and most vulnerable, compassion and understanding would be appreciated; needless to say, respect for all. I am sorry Dr. Gupta, your staff needs a customer care training. I regret not meeting you.

Dr Gupta is a compassionate Doctor, he is concerned and takes everything into consideration .
He understands that along with having constant pain brings other problems and he addresses those problems.
There are so many Dr. s that don’t take the time to be caring or to listen he is not one of them.
It really makes a difference believe me to have a Good Dr who is really concerned about you.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs help managing pain.

Dr. Gupta and his team gave me back my life! I am so grateful to him and his expertise! It was over a year ago, that I finally got diagnosed with RSD (later termed CRPS). I was in a boot, on crutches, and unable to drive let alone resume a normal life. I had been passed around from one bad doctor to another, getting numerous different diagnoses but no solutions. I was so miserable and frustrated when I first started seeing Dr. Gupta. But after a few months and several procedures with Dr Gupta, including the device that gave me my life back, my spinal cord stimulator, Dr Gupta is still patient, kind, and on point with everything willing to do the research, and always willing to answer my questions and concerns. Whatever he recommends me to do, I do it because he has my best interest at heart. Him and his team (especially Josie) never give up and try to make everything as smooth as possible for the patient. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to regain their life back and not let pain rule them. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Gupta and his office are awesome. He has been able to give me pain relief. After Dr. Wilde passed and I went to the doctors his office recommended, I was lost… then I met Dr. Gupta and my faith has been restored. On the occasion I have been kept waiting, it is usually because he is giving quality attention to a patient. When he gets to me, he gives me that same quality attention. He has been successful in relieving pain that I have been living with for years. He has wonderful bedside manners and is extremely caring. I highly recommend him.

I have had painfor 15 years with thoracic outlet syndome and seen every kind of pain management dr. Dr Gupta is the first dr to really listen to what i am going through and works with me to manage pain just for me not a group like me. I am so glad i have him.

Dr. Gupta is such a wonderful doctor. My mom has had severe low back pain for several years and really didn’t want to take a lot of medications. He took the time to actually do a thorough physical exam and actually diagnose her problem. With a quick injection in the office, she was 99% pain free and still is almost a year later. Thank you Dr. Gupta!

he is great. He listens to what you say. he sits with you. I have been going to him for awhile. I have a ton of doctors and I definitely trust him the most out of all of them. He was concerned about me being depressed and called my regular doc. My regular doc called me. I give him 10 stars.
