rude to me on the phone and slow to get stuff out to me. My agent told me later that they weren’t great communicating with him, either. And I found out later that there are much less expensive (and better) escrow companies out there! I’ll be sure NOT to use them if/​when i sell again!

All Valley Escrow has handled the escrow on my last 2 home purchases and each time I found them to be professional, accurate and efficient. My escrows closed on time, they were great at explaining things I didn’t understand. I will definitely use them again should I need an escrow company in future.

Agree totally with the other reviews. They worked only with seller, Alta Investments, in some illegal activities. They will not help you out, beware of entering in an escrow with this company. The know that the majority of Alta Investment properties (Todd and Jill Kaufmann) are done without permits, leaving the responsibilities on the buyer. Stay away from both of these crooks.

I can’t recommend All Valley Escrow. Real Estate agent said they are great, but really they are just next door to real estate office which leads me to believe they are part of the real estate group at Troop. I’m paying them and the seems like they forgot that. The person handing me papers couldn’t answer any of my questions and was getting snippy each time I asked her. Rude, and not informed. If you expect reasonable knowledge, and at the minimum, courteous service DONT use them.

Don’t use these guys. They are very slow to respond and appear to be captively owned by a local real estate brokerage company.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Horrible hours (9a-​5p and closed during lunch hours). They dragged their feet with the needed paperwork so we closed 6 days past the deadline. Added random charges that had already been paid. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
