I have used them in the past and was satisfied but this time I need service on a two year old Samsung refrigerator. The service was scheduled between 5and 8 pm. They called me around two to tell me he was in the area and could come early but I had arranged my day to be home at the time agreed. I rushed to be home at 5 and they did not show up or call me to make other arrangements. When I called back they could not schedule me between 5 – 7 only 4 – 7? You think they would be more considerate after not showing up. Never again. Moving on.
