Go to Laura Wendt! She is absolutely amazing and cares for the overall health & obviously overall look of your hair. I told her what I wanted and she delivered 100%.
I couldn’t be happier.

I had a groupon for a scrub and gel manicure from Jessie. It was very good and lasted 3 full weeks without chipping. She wasn’t as friendly/​talkative as I expected, but I haven’t had my nails done professionally very many times so I don’t know what is customary.

Booked a very last minute appointment with Natalie to fix my haircut after a cheap salon messed it up. She did a fantastic job! Very impressed they could get me in so quickly and Natalie listened to my concerns and made suggestions in response to my needs. She was quick but thorough and my hair looks fabulous! Will definitely return to see Natalie for my next cut.

This review is for two people who work at Changes. Vanessa (Aesthetician) and Tiffany (Hair Stylist).
I have been going to Vanessa for at least 8 years for my brows, facials, and makeup. She mostly does my brows (she is gentle and a perfectionist). I never leave unsatisfied. Not to mention she is the sweetest, most down the earth person ever! I’ve gone to her a few times for facials and she has done my makeup on 2 different occasions. I can honestly say that there is nothing that she’s not good at. She really does specialize in a number of different things and what I like most is she knows her products. She is extremely knowledgable when it comes to any questions I have about anything. I feel that I really can trust her with all of my beauty needs. She is amazing!!!
Tiffany cuts, colors, and styles my hair. I have been going to her for probably about 4 years now. As a blonde, it is so difficult to find someone who is great with color selection and who can master it. She gives my hair dimension, and her coloring skills are insanely spot on. I really feel that I can trust her to do anything with my hair and I will never be disappointed. I have obnoxiously thick hair and she does amazing with coloring, cutting, and styling it. I always leave so happy and grateful that I finally have a stylist who knows what they are doing. She is so knowledgable when it comes to realistic expectations. If something won’t work with my hair she will tell me why. The best part is she is all about keeping my hair healthy and looking great while still mastering the colors and styles that I want. You should definitely book an appointment with her if you are looking for an expert!

I’ve been going to DeAnn Cary for my hair styling (and a partial weave) for over 15 years. She really knows hair — and understands how life and hair intersect! DeAnn’s relaxed, pleasant demeanor is calming oasis in a chaotic world. At Changes, I’ve also used Lisa for straightening this weird curly corner-​of-​my-​bangs spot on both sides that started after I had my daughters. Natasha, the owner, is often there — and does a fabulous job with adding tinsel, which I’ve requested since my 50^th birthday (gold, so it blends — I’m a rebel but not too much!). They carry a large selection of hair products, and other items (makeup, etc.) that I haven’t tried. I klnow the staff is constantly being up-​trained — they are a Redken salon — and they treat each other well, which is important to me, too. Try them, you’ll be going back!

I can not speak highly enough about my first time visit with stylist Samantha Lovier. My story goes…
I went on a 10 day cruise and while on board the ship I had my hair highlighted in the salon on the ship. Or so I thought…
My hair is a rich brown or should I say it was befor the so called highlighting drama. I walked out of the salon with brassy toned red hair and florescent pink highlights. OMG I was devistated!!! I am 57 yrs old for God sake! Much to mature for that kind of fashion statement! I was able to make a appointment to see Samantha at Changes Salon as soon as I returned home. Literally I got off the airplane and drove directly to her salon. She was amazing. She gave me back a nice shade of brown and oh I was so pleased to be back to Me!!! Needless to say so was my husband!!! I will be going back to Samantha now on a regular basis. She is talented, sweet and personable. Do not hesitate to give her a call.

Carla is awesome at waxing! Last so long and wax is never too hot. Underarms are $ 15.

I had been to Los Angeles Ave location. Great place for service. Loved it ! All staff are nice but Gita is really professional and knowledgeable. I would love to visit again and recommend my friends to go there for great service.

Been seeing Vanessa for my skincare, makeup and waxing for ten years. My brows thin easily and I couldn’t have just anyone hacking away at them. She literally made my face look slimmer after my first brow wax. Then I grew comfortable enough to get my first Brazilian with her: changed my life forever never went back to shaving again. She also helps me with my face– acne/​oil/​dry/​hormonal mess of combination skin. Thank goodness she’s a total nerd about skincare because my face has had many evolutions of problems. She is also the only one I trust for makeup… I’ve never looked as beautiful as I did on my wedding, thanks to her and Ginger my hairdresser.
I also see Denise for my Mani’s and pedis!

This review is for Samantha at Changes. She did such an awesome job on my hair. She did exactly as I asked and it was perfect. She was super sweet to talk to and I look forward to going to her from now on.

Tiffany is a fantastic hair stylist and person! I called her to get a last minute appointment before a trip that I was taking. She worked me into her schedule and did a great job on my hair! This was a challenge because my hair was several different colors and over processed, due to the work of someone else who has since left the area. Tiffany took her time and did the best she could to correct the mistake of someone else. When we were done, my roots looked pretty bright and I was concerned. She assured me it would all balance out after a couple of washes and if I still weren’t satisfied I could come back and she would adjust the color. No need! My hair did balance out just as she stated. I will be going back to Tiffany and would recommend her to my family and friends.

Laura Wendt is a genius. I recommend her to anyone who needs a hair dresser. She is the best there is! She has taken me from dark brown to blonde many times and has done it beautifully. From amazing cuts to perfect dye jobs, she does it all! She knows what hair colors will work best with your skin tone and look the most natural. So glad I have Laura to make me feel beautiful. Laura Wendt has been doing my hair for about 2.5 years and I couldn’t be happier that I found her! I love to change my hair up, from blonde to dark to any tone in between. I have been going to Kristi DeRoche for awhile. She is wonderful, creative, and extremely talented! I was referred to her when my regular hairdresser got sick. It was the best move I ever made! I will never go back, Kristi is my professional of choice! Her prices are reasonable and she is quick and very accomplished!

If you need any kind of skin care or waxing need, Carla is hands down the best. I wouldn’t trust any other person with my brows or skin!
Carla is a pro in every sense of the word. She took my mangled eyebrows and made them amazing again, and every step of the way she sat down and explained what she was doing and why. She told me exactly what products to use, and how to take care of them in-​between my visits to her. It is not only extremely obvious that Carla truly cares about her clients, but she is very knowledgeable also.
She’s smart and efficient, she goes above and beyond to use the best products and maintain a clean environment, and she’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Go to the wonderful Carla, and the beautiful Changes salon.

I’m very picky about how I like my bangs to be cut and I’ve been 2 separate times with 2 different stylists and both were done perfectly. So happy with this salon I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Simi

Professional and pleasant salon. I promptly was greeted at the counter and sat in the waiting area while I waited for Laura.
Laura did my hair and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! Seriously, I couldn’t be happier! She has cut and straightened my hair before, and have always done an amazing job. I have long unruly hair (almost down to my waist). Her keratin treatments were life changing.
This time I decided to get an A line bob. If you are familiar with this cut, it can be done correctly or easily messed up. As you can see from the picture, Laura did an amazing job! I have received so many compliments.

So this is my second time back & I am even more happy then I was the first time I went! She delivered exactly what I asked for!
She truly is the best hair stylist around and listens to what you want!
