Cheek to Cheek Makeup & Hair Artistry

I hired Dana to do my makeup and hair for my 1950’s themed birthday party and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. My hair is very thick and wavy and she styled it beautifully! I also had lots of imperfections that day on my face and she covered them all perfectly. Not only would you not tell I had broken out that day, I swear I’ve never looked prettier. My makeup was perfectly blended, I was dewy and looked like the perfect mix of ¹⁹⁵⁰⁄₂₀₁₆. I even slept in the false lashes and they stayed on until the next day! I looked amazing and will literally use her and Cheek to Cheek every time I need to look my best for something.

Loved how my hair & makeup turned out when Dana did it for the Marine Corps Ball I attended! She used airbrush makeup & individual lashes which lasted ALL day/​night. Definitely recommend!!!

Amazing!!! That sums up everything about our experience with Dana!!! My daughter and I decided we wanted to get our make up done for an out of town wedding we were attending. My daughter went online to help us find the perfect make up artist. We were nervous but the minute we met Dana we knew we had made the right choice!!! Not only is she talented she is a total sweetheart!!!’ We both loved our make up and both received so many compliments that evening!!! I only wish she was closer to us so we could use her all the time!!!

I had Dana do my makeup for a New Year’s Eve party I went to. She did an amazing job. I looked like the best possible version of me. I got so many compliments that night. She does a superb job of analyzing your needs for an event and making you look even more fabulous then you could have ever imagine! Dana is such a delight!!! I have used her few times now and keep getting more and more impressed! She will be who we use for all our future events! Her make up know how is unsurpassed. Dana and her team helped to make my wedding day last October a dream come true. Dana is so professional and kind-​hearted. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your girl! Dana saved the day! I have a weeding today and the person I originally booked over two weeks ago decided to cancel on me 24 hours prior to the wedding day. I lost it but thing happen for a reason. I came across Dana on Unilocal (props to Unilocal and thank you Unilocal) she only had one review but when I text her she was the one to get back to me right away. Not only is she passionate about what she does, she is kind, friendly and extremely talented. She uses the newest products and is up to date on looks and technology in the make up industry. Dana used a combination of air brush and powders for my look. She is very professional and has her stuff together. She was on time and came in ready to work.

Dana did the makeup for a wedding I was in in September. She did the whole bridal party (except for 2) and the bride and did a FANTASTIC job!
There was quite a range of us, all with different complexions, unique style, and ages 21 – 60 and I feel like she did a great job with all of us. We all looked polished and photo ready!
I am VERY fair skinned with freckles, but like a bit of drama with my makeup and she gave me just that. Perfectly airbrushed skin (even covered up my pesky blemishes!) and a dark smokey eye, without looking too overdone.
Dana was also incredibly pleasant to be around. She was fun, very kind, and got along great with our bridal party. She was very accommodating to our small space, and her setup was really professional and clean.
All around it was a GREAT experience to work with her and I recommend Cheek to Cheek to anyone who’s looking for an excellent makeup artist!
