Dr Chung is excellent. She’s compassionate and cares for her patients. Best dentist I ever had.

Dr. Chung is a good dentist, and very thorough. However, her staff is a little strange. I’m one of those people that LOVE going to the dentist, but her assistants and hygienists do not make the experience pleasant. I asked for a sample of some toothpaste that they had on a display, at least 6 boxes left, and was told that I was getting something similar and could not have more than one sample. Really?! It’s a sample for a reason, right? Will not be going back because to me their patient treatment is not up to par. They need to remember that people have choices and take in the entire experience, not just the dentist.

Dr. Chung is absolutely amazing. Best dentist I’ve ever seen. However her receptionist Kathy is probably the worst human being alive. You have a family emergency and need to reschedule your dentist appointment? She will not only make u feel awful for having to inconvenience her, but she will slam you with a crappy remark just to add insult to injury. My family all used to go to Dr. Chung and after years of having to deal with Kathy, we all collectively have left. She is a miserable terrible human being and makes the entire experience in Dr. chungs office unbearable.

I will not trust my teeth with anyone else. I feel like Catherine Chung cares more about my teeth than making money.
I hear so many horror stories of other dentists and I am so grateful that I found her.

Dr. Chung is simply the best dentist ever.
Her office is super efficient. Every time I go for a cleaning, I am in and out easily within an hour. The only time I wait is if I get there early and even then I am often seated early.
Her office is modern, clean and the staff is always friendly. Dr Chung is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and HONEST. Going to her office is a very pleasant experience. I’d recommend her to any friend.

Very nice staff. All very clean. Everything explained thoroughly. Made mw feel comfortable. Overall a good experience. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage off or told false information on getting more work done.

I’ve been going to Dr Chung’s office for a year and half now, and I can honestly say this is the BEST Dental office I have EVER visited! I go every 6 months, it’s like clockwork!
Dr. Chung herself is AMAZING!!! She is the most thorough, honest, genuine and kindhearted dentist. She treats you like a close friend, not just another patient.
Before I found Dr. Chung, I visited another office in the area who quoted me $ 1200+ of work. Now, I’m a person that takes pride in my teeth; although I hadn’t gone to the dentist in about 3 years (I know, gross, right) I knew there was no way my teeth were THAT bad. That’s when I found Dr. Chung and asked for a second opinion. During the first visit she spent about 45 mins to an hour reviewing my x-​rays and just discussing the work needed… which was. get ready… only 2 fillings! Tells me the other dentist was more worried about his pocket than his patients.
Dr. Chung’s staff is just as wonderful! You can tell she takes pride in her business and office, and that reflects in her staff. Her dental hygienist is very thorough and meticulous. The assistants are so friendly, taking the extra step to ensure you are comfortable. Kathy who works the front desk is so personable, and gives the best welcoming! Makes you feel like family when you walk through the door. Lastly, the office. This place is very clean, and they have the top of the line technology! I could go on and on…:)

My co-​worker recommended them when I was looking for a new dentist after my previous one took me to the cleaners. The other place was a dungeon compared to this place. They have an amazing clean facilty with modern equipment. I’ve been to a lot of dentists, and getting a cleaning with them has been the best and pain free. Since then, I moved and changed jobs but I still will drive out of my way to stay with them.
The ladies here are friendly and professional. Feels like family here. They have been my primary dentist for years and I get all my major work done here. i even thought about teeth whitening but I loved the fact that she didnt think it was necessary. That sure felt good to hear that.

I’m 62 years old and have never encountered a dental office that I actually enjoyed going to, until I went to Dr. Catherine Chung’s office.
Dr. Chung is so very gentle, and she explains everything she’s doing. Her assistants, Sarah and Lory make sure everything goes smooth and efficient.
Meanwhile, Kathy at the front desk is friendly, as well as a font of insurance information. You couldn’t be in better hands…
