Beautiful store, great prices, great service! Always kept clean and organized. I love they’re e liquid section, they have so many different flavors and they are always stocked. I recommend it to everyone, if you are a smoker or into vaping come check them out.

A fun store! The guy there was hilarious and had a good time. Enjoyed going there! I think the guy at the front was Lebanese or Armenian? I’m not sure, but it was a good experience.

I bought something from their store and specifically ask them before I left can I return this if its not the right one, said he said YES U can return it and two days later I had to return it and I had to come back 3 different times and try to return it and they won’t even return my full money some but not full refund so I do not recommend them store their customer service okay in the beginning when you want to buy something but when you want to return it they don’t want to do it

I’ve came to the store asking for a pack of cigarette and I was so happy, cause they have all kinds of cigarettes and cigars as well, store was so clean and the employee was so welcoming and caring, highly recommended especially for the people who lives in the valley. And good luck for the new owner of the store.

First I’ll say that I checked this place out, originally, because it was right around the corner from where I live, so getting more e-​liquid was a snap. At the time, it was run by a kind, quiet, Asian family, and I never had any problems.
In the last couple of months, it was bought by new owners, and while it was previously good, it’s now even better. It’s remodeled, has more space, and they even have a vape bar, if folks want to sample anything.
The guys who work there are really cool, and at least one of them vapes, so I’m able to get decent, and honest, flavor recommendations, on which ones he likes, as well as which ones sell the best. I’ve yet to be let down.
On that note, they have a crazy variety of… everything you’d want to see at a smoke shop. So far so good, as far as my experience.

The gentleman that works there now is so nice that this is the best place to go in Simi. He is polite, helpful, honest, and has a fantastic opera voice!

BEWARE!!! These people are not honest. They knowingly cheated me and then denied it!!! If you buy anything, make sure you count your change and are not distracted enough, as I was, to walk out without the product you pay for. If you go back, they will deny that you were ever there!!! These people SUCK!
