Community Glass is fantastic!
I had such a great experience with them.
Cora helped me out over the phone, answered all my questions and was very friendly. I have to say she has the best customer service skills.
I ordered a round glass to place on top of a kitchen table. The owner himself came by the very next day to take measurements, at no extra charge, and the glass was ready in 3 days!
I picked it up and it was a perfect fit! I will definitely be coming back for my glass needs.

I made a special order over the phone. The employee wrote down the sizes wrong. I take clear notes and type them so there is no mistake in my measurements. In good faith, I even tried to make the wrong size glass fit but it wouldn’t. She still placed the blame on me for her incorrect, hand written, invoice. She offered to redo the order but make me pay for the materials. I explained to her I was not willing to pay twice for something that was not my fault. I would gladly pay otherwise. (This was only a $ 30 purchase) Then she referred me to the owners (who were not available until the following week). She didn’t bother to call them to settle the problem right away.
UDPDATED: Employee contacted me and corrected the order the following Monday after I wrote the review. I increased review from 1 to 3 stars. It was a headache that should have never happened.
