The food is good as well as the crêpe. I would come early before it gets crowded, because you don’t want to wait to long. Also, the service isn’t that great, BUT, I ordered a CINNAMONFRENCHTOASTTOGO, and I was in there and out like in 5 min. Very fast.

I love this place! The food is simply delicious… I recommend the huevos rancheros yummy! But basically everything that I have tried has been so far very good. The waiting time is the only issue, its always full but that is a good sign isn’t? The wait is worth it. The service is always great and this has become my favorite place to have breakfast.

Great atmosphere for a family breakfast. Warning: long wait lines. Other than that, great place. The service is great. We come here for the Swedish pancakes. Absolutely delicious.

I wanted to try a new breakfast spot out by my BF, so we came here. I’ve heard good things about this spot. Once we put in our order, they brought us out some Swedish pancakes, it looked like a crêpe but definitely didn’t taste like one(wasn’t impressed). I ended up ordering the cinnamon roll French toast, not overly sweet which I liked. My BF got the Huevos Rancheros, he wasn’t that pleased with it, since everything was pilled on top of each other instead of separated. However he said it had flavor, just wasn’t what he was expecting.

We walk in and a grumpy teenager seats us without saying a word the entire time. Then our waitress comes over, rude as hell, looking away from our table as she takes the order, the table which is right next to the busy kitchen that everyone keeps coming in and out off, blasting cold air in my face with every swing of the door. I finally get my soggy burrito and my fiancé gets his crepes. He eats a couple then finds a long black hair in the jam to which he is put off and can’t eat another one. As I go to dip into my sour cream I come across something hard in there. Gagging on the food in my mouth I pull out what appears to be the top of a ripe banana… I then asked to speak to the manager and he didn’t apologize, just pointed out my fiancé had ate half his crepes and I had ate half a burrito so only took a fraction off the bill. Leaving us to pay $ 31 for a terrible experience and we still left hungry. Never going back to this again and I’ll be telling my friends and family not to bother either.

We had always heard about how good the food is, so we wanted to try it out, food was very good and our waiter was very nice, But the young boy who was acting as manager, was just plain RUDE. This is not a place I would want to go back to if this is how they treat their cliental. When we entered the restaurant a friendly young man ask how many and then told us that the manager would seat us, this young boy picked up two menus and walked by a table dropped them down on a table and kept walking, no here’ s your table, enjoy your meal or anything. he didn’t even stop, just kept walking. When we were leaving, my friend tried to tell him how rude it was, and he just kept acting like a rude teenager. Never said sorry or ask if there was anything he could do to make it right. Not a place I would ever recommend to my friends or family, if this is how they treat people.

This place has the mom and pop diner feel for sure. I had the machaca. It was pretty good. I wasn’t a fan of the salsa that came with it. It was not the right color or like the fresh salsas I’m used to. I got the o’brien potatoes to go with it. These were way undercooked. The potatoes were different sizes. So the smaller cuts were ok, but the larger chunks didn’t cook all the way through. I found myself picking through the potatoes to avoid the ones that were raw in the center. There service was«meh»…pretty standard.

Jayme was a wonderful server! She went out of her way the entire time we sat in her section! I’m a server too and was super impressed! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Love coming here! The food and service is always great and never a disappointment. Our server«Jayme» was so nice and friendly and very genuine with a beautiful smile to match. I had the corned beef hash and my wife had the veggie omelette, absolutely delicious! Jayme checked on us frequently and always asked if we would like a coffee refill before pouring which I really appreciate. Eggs N Things got the 5 star but Jayme gets a «10»

I love this restaurant– yes, it’s very crowded and busy but that’s because it’s so delicious! It’s definitely worth the wait! I love the crepes!!! If you’re a corned beef hash lover, you’ll love it here!

Had breakfast here today and this was probably my second time here. Always packed though since it seems to be one of the more popular breakfast joints in Simi Valley. I really like their Swedish pancakes with the powdered sugar and berry jam.

Been here a few times now but this will be the last. It’s going downhill quickly. Weekends it’s a half hour or more wait. She put us down for John 2 and she had 3 other John for 2’s so that led to a ton of confusion. Great start. Ordered the eggs Benedict with home fries. The home fries are frozen potato wafers with no onions, peppers or seasoning. If I wanted that I’d go get a frozen bag at Costco myself. Hollandaise has a ton of lemon. Disgusting. French toast was bone dry and wasn’t worth eating. We have so many better breAkfast places Simi, don’t bother with this place.

The service was spot on. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The food was standard fare breakfast. I had the create your own omelette. Came with choice of bread, and a side item. I had the fruit cup and whole wheat toast. They give you a complimentary small crêpe as an appetizer. It was a bit undercooked. Coffee comes with flavored creamers. The food on the menu is quite pricey.

Every couple of years, we visit friends in California. Eggs N Things has become one of our breakfast traditions. I have a dairy allergy, so when I go to new places, it can sometimes be a surprise what foods I will be able to eat. Eggs N Things made it real easy for me by helping me decide which items would fit into my diet. I always get the Chile Verde Huevos and it satisfies every time.

ever since the day I moved to Simi Valley as an angsty pre-teen, I was looking for ways to get out. It is not that Simi is a bad place, I just never felt that I fit in. However, I have found that there are hidden little gems if you can find them. Eggs n things is my diamond in the rough. This place is always packed, and when you will be seated can be determined by the size of your party. I have waited half an hour for a 2 seater booth and I have waited 5 minutes for a table of 6. So come early or later on in the afternoon after the breakfast/brunch crowd dies down. The thing about this place that everyone raves about is the swedish pancakes. Not only do they come with powdered sugar and jam, but everyone gets one FORFREE. I swear that there has to be a staff of people hired specifically for just the making and distribution of these awesome little things. There is probably a full time plate washer for just the swedish pancakes. In terms of other food, everything here is awesome. From the omelettes to the sandwhiches to the chicken fried steak. You also have multiple options for potatoes: cottage potatoes(think thin slice fries), o brien potatoes with bell peppers and onions(the potatoes really absorb the flavor of the onions and bell peppers), and of course hash browns! You can even get a whole plate full of Swedish pancakes. Which is awesome, except I can devour one in about 1.5 seconds, so that would be a quick breakfast for me. things to note: –not open for dinner –ask for the season specials(pumpkin stuffed french toast?) –pay up front

Delicious food as always. I usually have the California omellette, but this time we tried the chicken fried steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Each time we have gone here has been a great experince. The staff is friendly, we don’t feel rushed, and the food is fresh and cooked perfectly. This is a breakfast place that we will eat at frequently with a smile on our faces.

I was really surprised that there was a wait for Breakfast, about 20 minutes. This location only does Breakfast and Lunch. I had the Denver omelet with homemade potatoes and salsa. Nice portion size. The location is old and out dated, not a fan of carpet on the floors .Its in the rear of the Target on the north side of the parking lot. Very busy.
