Booking a lesson at this place was a disaster, because the woman who owns & operates the company apparently keeps no calendar/schedule or any notes. It took several phone calls, and several calls from her asking me to please remind her what day/time we had set up. Then, when we arrived, she had us sit out in our hot car for close to ten minutes while she finished up the lesson before us. This led to my child’s lesson being cut 15 minutes short, because she finished our lesson promptly at the 60-minute mark while someone else sat in their car outside waiting for us to finish. The business is operated out of a house, and it is the most cluttery, disgusting mess I’ve ever seen in real life! It is fit for that reality TV show about pack rats! It is a disaster, so much so that I had to pee sooooooo bad after the one hour, fifteen minute drive all the way out to the location, but I held my bladder until I got home because I was too frightened to find out what the bathroom looked like. The patio out back was equally cluttery and gross, and the only place I could sit and wait for the lesson to finish up was on a filthy patio chair. I was wearing a light-colored dress and could not run errands after the lesson because its backside was so dirty that I had to go home and change. Lastly, the woman – the instructor – was incredibly impatient with my child to the point of being absolutely rude to her. She would give her vague instructions, and when my child would ask for clarification, she would bark, «I JUSTTOLDYOUTO [and she would repeat the exact vague instruction again].» I witness this awful«instruction» taking place at the beginning of the lesson before they rode off onto the trail, and, according to my child, it continued this way the whole ride. My kid is a pretty tough cookie, good at letting nonsense roll off her shoulders, but I felt really sorry for the kid I saw coming in for a lesson after us. I give this business an ‘F’ rating.

This business is run out of a home albeit it is in a horse community. The horses are in good shape, and we were given what we paid for… a trail ride for 2. It’s just an odd set-up when you first walk into it. I questioned whether or not I was in the right place when I first pulled up… no sign and not an inviting home-front. The owner was friendly, but it was not a user friendly business… walking through a cluttered home and meeting the horses in a backyard. I would rather go to an established stable.

beware, this lady runs this business in her personal home. The horses are underweight and tired. we got a gift card online through a friend for horseback riding. 3 one hour lessons. She initially accepted us on a sunday which is the only day I can take my 7 year old. her horses were extremely tired. we had another 2 lessons to go. She said that she wasn’t available on sundays anymore and we had to reschedule during the week. I kept calling her and she didn’t even bother returning my calls. I don’t recommend her to anyone. I guess she got her money already.
