My car broke down while I was driving, and I originally had my car towed to the closest shop recommended by AAA. That other shop quoted me over $ 600 for the same work Jim at Integrity ended up doing for $ 350.
I can’t say enough good things about Integrity. My car was completely disabled, and after being towed to Integrity, Jim made me feel conformable and safe. The work was done within 1 day, and my car runs great.

I’ve been bringing my late 90s Honda Civic to Jim at Integrity for over a year now. There have been times where it was difficult to get an appointment or he couldn’t get everything done that I asked, but he has always been very communicative and flexible. I have an unusual schedule that makes it difficult for me to get things done during normal business hours, and my car is wont to break down or need critical maintenance right before I need to go out of town; Jim totally gets it and I’ve been able to leave my car at the shop as needed to get work done. He has even set me up with a discounted rental car in the past! He gives clear, itemized invoices and is always willing to explain everything.
My dad is a mechanic but lives out of state, and I’ve had him talk with Jim a few times about stuff that went over my head in terms of diagnostics and work required — Jim has always been happy to talk to him over the phone and they’ve never had issues with each other. I know a lot of shop guys wouldn’t take that so well, so it means a lot to me that Jim does.
Overall, Jim is honest, communicative, and does quality work — I’ve never had to bring the car back in after work he did on it (and he has replaced so many parts in this thing it’s practically a new car by now).
