Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They (both ladies) just dont have any communication skills at all, my 3 year old nephew can do better. I would highly recommend NOT going here even if it is walking distance, you would do better if you take a bus for 30 minutes and go to another spot. THEY BOTH SHOULD TAKE THAT STICK OUT OF THEIR HOLES

I came to drop off a pre-​labeled DHL package a few months ago, and the lady told me to come back later, because they don’t open for ½ hour. All I needed to do was to leave the package at the counter for her to give to DHL.
I came back later in the day to leave my package, and the lady yelled at me not to leave. She took about 10 minutes to finish a personal phone call, then finally took the package for me and told me to get out.
I would (and do) drive an extra 5 miles so that I do not have to deal with this company when I ship via DHL.
