Was just about to place an order with this «Gentleman»… but got a very weird feeling based on first interaction with him. Went online to do more research and found numerous reviews in where he is rude and hard to deal with. Cancelled everything and will look elsewhere. He does quality wood work from the look of things, not one of a kind art-​work… no reason to act in such a way.

The owner of this business (Manny Robles) is by far the rudest and indecent businessman I have ever come into contact with. A month or more ago I responded to an ad on craigslist for custom work benches. What I received was spam. Obviously, I ignored this and forgot about it.
Now today, I receive another spam email. This time, I look for an unsubscribe link as is required legally. No such link existed, so I responded to the email «Don’t email me again.» Again, I moved on in my life. No harm, no foul. Until I received the following response:
«Could have prevented me wasting my time by replying to my other email.»
I am absolutely astonished by this response. I can’t imagine someone feeling so entitled that by sending out unwanted spam, they feel THEIR time is being wasted. The audacity that this man would seek out a potential customer and berate him. So I responded, advising him that business is becoming more customer service oriented again and his response was rude. He again lashed out, but with more hostility.
This business should never be used. Absolutely never be used. He was so out of line that i felt the need to get my computer, sign into Unilocal,create a business, and review it.
