I came in for the first time. Craving phở. Got the rare beef and I have to say, it was one on the better phos I’ve ever had. Lunchtime. Great service and the whole bill with hot tea and tax was around $ 7.50. Good stuff.

best phở in Simi so far, always order NO.1 and No.136, the egg yolk soda. I know it sounds quite weird that they have egg yolk in their soda, but trust me, The fantastic taste will make this up. The servers are good, the food comes out fairly quick, I really nothing bad to say about them.

My husband and I have been eating here since they opened. The weirdest thing is that my husband always gets a bigger portion. We order chicken, rice dishes, and he always gets twice the amount of chicken. We thought it was funny the first time, but after several more times, we stopped going here. There is no quality control, and food comes out different depending on who is cooking. Also, most waiters speak very little English, So it is hard to communicate. Bamboo Café across the street is a much better choice for Vietnamese food in Simi Valley.

Wow, first of all, I have never been here before. Secondly, it’s been a while having phở. I used to live in an area where it was a dime a dozen. What I will say is that of all of the places I have been this is in my top 5 as far as taste and quality. My friends took me to TO to have 9021pho, which was disgusting and overpriced. This place kills it!!! 5 stars. Get #13.

The phở is good and prices are good only problem is the meat i order usually has too much fat on it and ive tried it 2x with chicken and the steak in my phở. Food is very authentic and priced very well and fast service!

Another great spot for Phở! The flavor of each of their choices will have you wanting more and more. The rare beef is always a must have that you have to try and enjoy. You could also try the beef or well done brisket and you will not go wrong. Service is great as the food comes out fast and good. Parking is on the main or adjacent street. It’s usually a non issue.

I LOVEPHOSO1. This is definitely the best chain of Phở restaurants. This is the third location I’ve been to and it is always consistent in quality atmosphere, food, and service! It’s family friendly, great for cold weather and although it is exotic it’s very likable. Lots of people are catching onto the Vietnamese Phở, if you’ve been curious about Phở and want to give it a try, I recommend going to Phở So 1. You will likely be hooked on Phở. Whatever you do maybe hold off on ordering tendons with your phở because it might freak you out because of the texture and flavor. This location has a private lot, it’s big and shared. It’s usually pretty busy here and usually around a ten minute wait.

Always good. Very consistent with quality. Added a few new things to the menu, like banh mi sandwich. I’ll go back to check it out. Service is prompt and friendly. Prices are great. Atmosphere is college dorm cafeteria, but clean. Worth the drive from Thousand Oaks.

Just left this place. First time here as well. I enjoyed my phở which was the number 19. My mom did not like hers(number 6) and she said it made her stomach sick. On behalf of my mom I am only giving this place 3 stars.

It was a cold, cold night and I wanted to warm up my bones with some warm liquid. Fortunately, this location was close to where I was working so I jetted over after realizing it was in the same mall area where I was. I was debating whether to get a bun, the dish with vermicelli and some meat on top but the freezing weather helped me to finally opt for the hot phở. The waiter was helpful and steered me toward the rare flank steak phở instead of the one with the wilder cuts of meats like tendon, tripe and the like. I asked for the large bowl at $ 7.15 because I was quite starving. The bowl was really good and hit the spot. The flavor of the broth wasn’t the best I’ve ever had for this particular dish but I still liked it. The bowl really filled me up and I felt toasty and satisfied. Mission accomplished. This location has a fairly large dining area and it was filled when I walked in since I guess everyone else had the idea of a nice hot bowl of phở on this chilly night. There are locations closer to my area so now that I’ve finally tried this Vietnamese chain, I’m definitely going to check out some of the other locations. Yup, ’tis the season for bowls of phở, la, la, la, la, la… la, la… la…la…

I’m not a huge fan of Simi Valley. One major redeeming quality? Phở So 1! Legit Vietnamese for super reasonable prices. Can’t go wrong with any of the phở bowls, but don’t miss out on the bun(deep-fried egg rolls on top of vermicelli with shredded lettuce and bean sprouts). Load up on the lime, sriracha, jalapeño, and basil, and you’ll be in flavor heaven. They have a wide selection of beverages, including ones with boba. The avocado milkshake is great – not too sweet, great flavor. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious as well(but you can’t really go wrong when you dump sweetened condensed milk into coffee, right?). There’s lots of seating, so you won’t have to wait. Great for groups, especially with the large tables and low prices.

Phở So 1 is a great place to get your phở fix. Best in Simi that’s for sure. I ordered the #9 phở. The broth was nice with a good level of fat; however it wasn’t as aromatic as my palette had hoped for. Not the best, but certainly worth going back to for a second try

This is a great spot right off the freeway. Food here is EXCELLENT and the pricing is very inexpensive. I love going here and getting their egg rolls and the #19. If you live in the Simi area and like Phở. This spot is a must-try
