This Quest office was extremely low staffed today. Had an appointment for 1pm and was not in until 1:30. The girl at the front was extremely rude when I left my appointment sheet at the front. To top it off she was in a rush taking my measurements, even so to busy to even ask her any questions. Very unfliendly throughout the whole procedure. I will not be coming back to this office.

The worst, It’s always a good wait, but today I’ve been here for an hour so far & they haven’t even called my name. Another lady had been here for 2 hrs crazy.

I walked in at 8:00am this morning and was called in after only waiting 5 minutes. That alone deserves the 5 stars. As soon as I walked up I was greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. The process was quick and painless. I dislike having blood drawn but the customer service provided this morning made it much more comfortable. I just wish I could remember the name of the phlebotomist because she was extremely professional.

Friendly staff is important, but they have to be present to warrant a positive review. Understaffed should never be tolerated at a business such as this. Then, to not have direct numbers to their other locations to direct customers to an alternative location… stupid.

One of the friendliest and cleanest places I’ve been to to draw blood! I am super sensitive when it comes to blood and needles, but when Eli is the one drawing it, my mind is usually set at ease. No joke, he makes the experience more relaxing for me and pain free. He is definitely my go to guy!

This staff at this location have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. This office is super clean, bright, and well organized. I have always visited as a walk-​in. Have never been there more than 30 minutes total time. Not sure what more you could expect from a facility and service of this type. Free coffee, snacks, just kidding.

Second time coming to this location and it’s one of the very few «medical» places I’ve been too that I go in and out within 15 minutes. They have always been very professional, friendly and logistically very efficient since they are never overbooked hence the short waiting time. Too bad considering their waiting area is so nice and if I had to wait I wouldn’t mind waiting here.
