Pay attention this time!
Steer clear of these thieves!
This is the second time that I bought flooring from this company. The first time, I brought them the measurements for my downstairs. I took home the flooring and had ½ of a case left. Perfect!
Then…two years later…
I brought them the measurements of my upstairs. My Salesman, Jonathan Sedighi, took the measurements and sold me 800 SQ feet of flooring. (I needed 460 SQ FT). At the end of my project, I had 14 CASES of laminate flooring left. When I went to return it, the Owner, Bob, first, would not call me. Then, I had to travel to the store for a second time… and confront BOB. He kept trying to avoid me. I brought him the original measurements… with Jonathan’s notations on them! He told me that there was nothing that he could do, because it was special ordered. Bob acknowledged that Jonathan had over sold me.
Bob should send behind his customers and make his salesman pay for the error.
There are plenty of other honest, reputable flooring dealers in the area. Go use them!
This was a horrible experience!

Straight forward. Cheap. Good installation. There was a bit of miscommunication on the day of install, but they worked it out, rearranged their deliveries, and ended up only being an hour or so late. We didn’t even have to haggle on price; they had the best deal we found. I’d definitely use them again.
