I recently saw Dr. Kaminsky at the VA Hospital since I needed a specialist to lift my gum line and lower my tooth in order to have a permanent crown put on. Dr. Kaminsky made me feel at ease immediately. His bedside manner is beyond reproach. He is professional and at the same time warm and caring. He explained everything before the procedure, so I knew what to expect. He even took the time after the procedure to talk to my wife about after-​care instructions, because he knew I wouldn’t remember everything and my wife would. To be completely honest, I felt no pain at all and I have hardly any swelling (which is normal after such a huge procedure). Although I live in Bakersfield, driving out to see Dr. Kaminsky was worth it. I would do it again if I ever need a periodontist in the future. I will not see anyone else after being treated by Dr. Kaminsky so well. I would recommend Dr. Kaminsky to anyone in a heartbeat. You will not regret being in his care.

I’ve always been a bit of a wimp at the prospect of the simplest of dental procedures so when my regular dentist informed me I required gum surgery I was panic stricken. I am happy to report that behind the walls Simi Valley Periodontics resides Dr. Steven Kaminski, a rock star in his field! Dr. Kaminski immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and empathetic nature and the surgery itself was the least painful I’ve ever experienced. The office staff are equally as impressive and I highly recommend their services.

I recently had to have a tooth extracted and an implant put in. I was referred to Dr. Kaminsky because I heard he was a best around. It was very traumatic for me to think of losing a tooth. Dr Kaminsky explained everything to me and took away all my anxiety. He is very kind and gentle and checked up on me after every appointment to make sure I was doing ok. My implant looks and feels as good as my regular teeth. The office staff is really nice as well. Merrill in the front office was really nice and accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great periodontist.

The doctors here care about their patients. I have moved several times over the past 15 years and, I have seen several dentists. Finally I have found a dentist that cares more about providing me with great treatment than running a business. These doctors really care about you and, they do great work. Most importantly these are people you can trust.
