The guys that work here are so awesome. I came in being a new vaporer and they helped me out right away, chose the best quality stuff that worked perfectly for me and I got my mom a vaporizer that she loves. They knew what they were talking about, gave me high quality juice (I was smoking crap stuff before that I bought on the Internet) and I can totally tell a difference now. They just got a new customer for life! Thanks guys.

Came in before closing, Zach was very knowledgable with what juicy I needed and I’m extremely picky. He referred me a menthol watermelon cucumber, I am a big menthol fan and I loved it. Thanks Zach, you’re awesome!

Called this shop mulitple times looking for help and instead got a sleepy guy who said «im busy bro» and hung up the phone one me. this shop is complete trash with a trashy view on vaping. These guys are the reason vaping regulations are coming down!

Buyer beware… Everything at this shop has no price listed. They just make it up as they go along. I paid over double the price on a few things that I later found online. Box mod for 180 bucks that costs 75 everywhere on the net. They aren’t interested in long term business and definitely are not run by someone with any degree of business sense. Will not be returning… Ever. If you don’t believe me. Walk in. Ask for a price on something you want. Then look it up on your phone. Always half as cheap online. I understand that a 10 or even 20% markup is normal for retail stores… But Jesus Christ… This place just takes advantage of beginners. Wish I could give negative stars.

Horrible customer service. Went in looking for a replacement coils for my arctic tank which I’m very happy with, they said they didn’t have it. One guy then asked his coworker «is that tank even good?». His coworker looked at him and said «not really.» Retail is about first impressions, and they left a horrible first impression. I will not be in again.

I went in having zero knowledge about vaping. Trying to make the step from regular cigarettes to vaping. Alex and the other gentleman working there were extremely knowledgable and friendly. I didn’t get that stuck up vibe you get when you walk into some places having no knowledge of what the product is. I didn’t feel ignored. I will definitely be using them from now on as my vape source. Thank you guys!

Simi vapor website states open til 11pm daily. The sign on the door states open til 10pm daily. I arrived there today on a Sunday at 9:25pm to locked door with I believe 2 employees inside looking at me with no explanation. Lights we’re fully on, as well a flashing «OPEN» light on as well. With my hectic work schedule I rarely get to go to vape shops locally due to them not being open early enough or open late enough when I get off from work. So when I heard about Simi Vapor being open til 11pm I was very intrigued to check them out. My first impression is obviously not a positive one seeing as how I couldn’t even step inside the establishment during the advertised business hours on the door which doesn’t match the website or Unilocal.Bad
