Very unhappy!!! The only reason I went with So Cal was their use of their free moving van. But it’s never available. When I moved into the storage unit there was no van available and now that I’m moving out a year later it’s again «not available». I went in a month ago to talk to the girl at the front desk about booking the van. She said not to worry and call about 10days prior to book it. Which was a lie. There are other problems as well. Like they have a huge insect problem and all my stuff is covered in bugs. I had to spray my boxes before moving out to not infest my new home. I pointed the bugs out to the girl at the front and she just ignored me. Not to mention that the price just kept going up and up the entire year I’ve been there.

Joe was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our experience with SoCal Storage. Everything was clean and well kept and their prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and ask for Joe!

Convenient access, clean facility, free cold water and hot coffee in the office. They have a truck available, which might be free but I’m not sure.
