Taco Bell, I lost faith in you! First I didn’t get the drink in my order, and the girl in the drive-thru window didn’t give me my receipt. That’s okay it happens wasn’t going to complain it’s 11pm it’s late. now I opened my first double decker and there is a hair in it, now I’ve lost my appetite and no one wants to eat because I found a hair in the double decker… Fail! Don’t go to tapo st Taco Bell!

This joint is open for breakfast, despite what the hours here on Unilocal state. That said, these clowns are still shorting us on the cheese in their regular tacos. I guess that’s the way they are expected to make them, as I was not given a receipt with a the transaction number to log in with. Are you trying to discourage return visits? Because that’s what you are doing. Sad.

Mad they gave me the wrong order noticed when I came back to my home. Ricardo the«Manager» & Erie don’t know if that is right name. But worst customer service. Please get some training. Managers are suppose to know how to fix a problem. When you make a mistake owe up to it don’t deny it when along its your fault. Customer is always right!!! Please get better management & people who love to work with the public!

Very disappointed in this place. Food was cold and the employees don’t seem to care they ask if you want hot or mild sauce when you first order at the drive through and when you get your food they give you like 3 packets… I’m going to Del Taco from now on screw this place!

Given no receipt and they messed up my order. I was the only one in line and they still got it wrong and the cashier said I gave her a different amount I had to argue with her to get my change! I’m done with this store

Good for that fast food craving you’ve been having all week. Weird that the crunchy tacos are $ 1.29 when you can get .79 cent tacos at del taco and they taste the same. I’m definitely a fan of taco bells crunch wrap supreme though!

I LOVE taco bell. I could eat it everyday. But If you want to wait 20 minutes for«fast food», go here. I’ve lost count on how many times I went somewhere else because of the huge lines that don’t move, a dining room full of people waiting for their food, and crappy service. They are clearly consistently understaffed and miserable. This place needs to get their crap together.

Double check your orders before leaving. Seeing as I told my order twice and they repeated it back correctly I thought checking wasn’t necessary. They still got my order wrong an my steak quesadilla had barely any cheese or steak and no sauce which I asked for. The Taco Bell off first street on LA is way better and has never messed my order up, go there instead of this one.

As Taco Bell’s go, this one was good until our last two visits. The Nacho Bell Grande’s we ordered had little meat and barely and cheese. It was mostly plain chips. The Taco Supreme’s were missing sour cream. This was through the drive thru so there was no way I was driving back. So double check your orders because the kids working there don’t really pay attention to what they are making.

Mackenzie was super sweet, she was working the register and she gave great customer service. This was the first Taco Bell we’ve been to in California and it was a great experience. Really friendly service, great and cheap fast food.

What Taco Bell runs out of ground beef and steak? And since you’re out of meat why are the employees standing in the food preparation area laughing so loudly that you can’t even complete your order? Shouldnt someone be calling a night manager? Since you are out of your main menu item the service should have gone very quickly but instead I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. That is unacceptable service.

Solid Taco Bell location. Modern, clean and well maintained facility. Plenty of parking. Well located at Tapo and Cochran. Stopped by for lunch. The service was quick and the food was good. Difficult to really review Taco Bells as many of them are the exact same, but I’ve found some pretty dirty and sketchy locations in the past. This one is not one of those. It’s new and well run. Make a run for the border!

Unless you like having your name mocked by the non-english speaking workers, don’t go here. Liv Mas apparently means that the workers party loud and hard, which made conversation impossible when my husband and I ate there on 10⁄9. Then, to make matters worse, when our order was called, I was treated to the workers loudly and repeatedly mocking my name(Abigail). The manager did nothing until I spoke with her. When I asked for the manager, I was given the number for a «Carlos» who is a district manager, because«the store manager would only refer me to him.» She, I suppose, goes with the«Liv Mas» for the employees managerial style. Carlos. alas, has not had time to return 2 phone calls. I guess, along with never again eating at this hostile restaurant, I’ll have to call corporate, to inform them that harrassment is inappropriate, no matter which direction it it goes.

The guy preparing my food wore blue gloves. I was so grossed out when I watched him wipe the sweat from his head and nose using the gloves! Then they gave me attitude when I asked if he’d but on a new pair!
