Wow. I called Tech Junkies because I was having a problem with my remote. It was ‘stuck’ on ‘mute’. I didn’t know what to do, after having tried to fix it myself, so I made the phone call to Tech Junkies. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone when I called. He was so helpful! He did a troubleshoot over the phone with me and actually was able to fix the problem. I will definitely call him in the future for any other audio-​visual system needs. He seems very, very knowledgeable. and was certainly above and beyond with customer service. A+++++.

Jimmy came over and solved what we thought was going to be a big deal problem in the free consult! We couldn’t even believe he didn’t charge us. He was on time (early actually!) and was so friendly and even made overwhelming audio/​visual stuff sound fun and easy. Hire him!

Jimmy is a great guy and absolutely knows his stuff. He troubleshoots through any challenges and doesn’t stop until the job meets the customers expectations 100%. His pricing is fair and he is always available to answer any questions that us less than tech savvy people might have. Having received estimates from Wilshire and Magnolia, my overall experience with Tech Junkies provided me with personal communication that just wasn’t there in the big corporate setting.
I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Having just completed a major remodel where no shows and faulty work seemed to be the norm, Jimmy is like a breath of fresh air.

I was new to town and needed our home entertainment system set up around the house. I knew it would be a big job. I «googled» for recommendations and Jimmy’s business was one of the listings. Called him and he was so prompt in servicing our needs over the course of 3 weeks. He and his wife, Lacy, are professional, courteous, and tech experts! I would call the Tech Junkies FIRST over any other recommendations. They did a fabulous job and worked to get it perfect!

Jimmy has done several projects for us including installing an outdoor TV and entertainment system, wireless networking in our home and various programming of remote controls. Jimmy — is a total pro, honest person that takes pride in his work. He performed a totally clean installation and really got a kick out of blowing my mind when everything was said and done.
I just moved into a new house and have been dealing with all sorts of contractor nightmares for weeks, Jimmy was a complete breath of fresh air, dependable, on time, fair prices. Can’t recommend him high enough and will not hesitate to use him from now on.
