This magazine is First Class. Ben and Kid fill it full of top notch local businesses .From the wonderful story they wrote about me, and the superior advise given to me on my ad design the process of running my ad was quick and fun. All around town I get people stopping me and asking if I am that fitness guy from the ad. Great circulation, Great exposure!

Welcome to the neighborhood is an amazing magazine. The way they showcase the vendors and welcome you to the neighborhood is great. I feel like they really know how to make sure people feel welcome. The advertisements are really built for the folks in town. They do such an amazing job helping people get the most out of Simi. Thanks to Ben and all the work he does.

The owners, Ben and Kid, really listen to how you want your business to be portrayed and will revise your ad until you are happy with it. I recommend this to any new business owner, to start your business with a bang. And also to any established business, to stay in the public’s eye. They are the best print advertising in town, in my opinion. When I get the Welcome to the Neighborhood in the mail, I look at it cover to cover and always keep it handy. When I check my Google Analytics, I have views on my website that were referred from the
site. So not only do I get the magazine viewers but online viewers too.
