I cannot recommend Ed Penland enough! He was completely professional and in no time at all had called me back to offer his diagnosis of the problem with the hard drive that I had almost tossed out (with all the files I needed). The hard drive was returned to me in practically better than new condition… with a year warranty included for a way more reasonable price than I had imagined! Happy customer here!

Complete professional here! He helped my elderly mother in law with her two computers that were riddled with viruses. Now she’s up and running like brand new, and it only took a couple of hours. BTW, during this time, he came and got the computers, took them home and fixed them, AND brought them back! Pretty darn convenient.
Now he’s helping me with some business graphics, and the whole thing is going great. Highly recommend THIS guy if you want your stuff done right, and at a good price. Why take a chance on some «unknown» guy from an ad? Choose Eddie and know you’re getting someone who has the competence, reliability, and honesty to do things the right way.
I’ve hired so many people in the past who absolutely suck at what they do! Its very frustrating. VERY glad I found Eddie (he was recommended to me by a business associate who always uses him). Wish I would’ve known about him a long time ago.
