Although they carry many of their usual items, the staff was less than knowledgeable about the store. We asked one girl to help us find an item, and she said she wasn’t sure but framing could help us. I found the item on my own. I asked the same girl about classes and she said she didn’t know but I coul go on their website to find out. I asked if there was a list of classes printed out to which she said there was in the front of the store. I told her that is important to know what goes on in her store, to know her merchandise even if it’s not in her section… she was mostly meandering around aimlessly. Very dissapointed in lack of employee training… which should always include roll playing customer/​sales person Qs and As.
