Wendy’s

Not great, not terrible.
The ladies working the counter were speedy in getting orders taken, but also very short with the customers. My food cam out fast, but my fries were heavily, heavily salted. My burger was a decent burger. We needed to grab a meal fast and that is exactly what we got

First of all, I shouldn’t have to explain three times that I just want burger and cheese on a sandwich. And the lady that rolled her eyes at me after just giving a sandwich when I clearly ordered a combo meal needs to check herself. Horrible customer service. Save your money and go to the dairy queen down the street where workers are friendly.

Slow service. Only takes order of 1 person at a time. Took 10 minutes to get order taken with only 2 people infront of me then took 7 minites to get my jr cheeseburger and value fry.

If I were able to give this no stars, I would. I also don’t usually give fast food reviews. We all know what eating at Wendy’s, taco bell and McDonald’s is like.
first, the guy at the counter seemed to not know what was going on. After a 10 minute wait in line, we ordered. I got a number one and my husband got a small drink, jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a small fry.
The first thing that was off was I ordered an unsweetened tea, but I received a coke. The fries were cold. AND then my husband found a hair in his burger. He pulled it from his mouth. He’s pretty upset at this point and just wants his money back on the burger. He tells the guy at the counter who then just walks away. The manager says nothing to my husband other than cash or credit. He doesn’t apologize or make any other comnent. He puts the money back on our card and lays down the card with the receipt on the counter and walks away. My husband I’d livid at this point and starts telling people just walking in that he found a hair in the food and people are rude and they shouldn’t eat here.
I do not recommend eating at this Wendy’s. In dact, there is a Culver’s and a dairy queen on this exit
Try them. Eating gravel on the side of the road might have been a better experience than eating at this Wendy’s.
