Had two guys come ostensibly to check out what needed to be done. Never received an estimate and never heard from them again. Extremely unprofessional.

Rick was great! He met with us for a complete consult, providing excellent guidance. He re-​arranged the work schedule of his crew to get our job done quickly, since time was important to us. He recommended a local landscaper who will be finishing the clean-​up of our property. We were not home during the work, but everything was left in perfect order. Happy customer!

We have a mammoth 200+ year-​old Hemlock tree with a split at the crotch that needed emergency repair. The crew was scheduled to do the job almost immediately after the initial consult. While it saved us a bit of money, it turned out that one brace support and cable wasn’t sufficient, as we were still nervous whenever the wind blew. The creaking was kind of scary! We called Rick, the rep, and he came out to take a second look. We worked together and agreed on a fair price to add an additional two rods to secure the torn area. While it took the crew a little while to come back to finish the job (much of this was due to inclement weather), once the work was completed, we were really pleased. The crack in the middle that was once alarmingly apparent is now almost seamlessly non-​existent. Super nice crew with agile men willing to risk their lives in order to save the life of our beautiful old tree!

Excellent and professional workers. Skilled and knows trees. Trimmed and cabled a 100 yr old tree. On time. Work went quicker than expected so they knocked a few hundred off the bill.
