MELT is a great place if you are the type of person who likes to work out outside of your house, with a large group of people, and in a very intense manner. These are not your typical exercise classes. The upsides are the workouts are under 30 minutes, the exercises are unique and ever-changing, and the staff, including the owner Joe Carabase, is very friendly. I had success dropping body fat working out there, but in full disclosure I also used an extremely strict diet to obtain those results. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey and the workouts are difficult to modify if you are injury prone, like myself. Those are two important factors that have kept me from returning there.

MELT is a fun, fast and effective way to get your workout in. The way they switch the workouts every three weeks means your body never gets used to the workout. Even after the three weeks you feel challenged. The coaches are available to modify any workout due to injury or ability. If you are ready to make a change to your existing program or just starting your fitness program MELT is the place for you.
