David’s Bridal

I went here recently for my future sister-in-law’s wedding dress fitting. This was her first time going to a fitting and prior to going, she was already nervous. We came here because this is the only real place to get wedding dresses in the city. Overall, the environment and the store itself was clean and nice. It looked like other David’s Bridal stores I’ve been to.
The selection of dresses was very nice and organized. It was easy to go through and find what you wanted. The staff seemed to be very informed and knowledgeable.
The reason I’m giving two stars is because my future sister in-​law felt very rushed and didn’t feel a personal connection with the staff. She felt they primarily wanted to sell a dress at any measure and not really make her feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, it appeared to be a very stressful situation. The staff seemed annoyed at our party and we didn’t feel a very intimate connection that most brides want.
Perhaps it was an off day, but the experience of finding a wedding dress should be more comfortable and relaxed.
