Scooter’s coffee is Scooter’s coffee. I rate it as milder than either Starbuck’s or Caribou’s, but with good flavor. What make’s this particular location stand out is the customer service. Lindsey (like Missy before her) run this location like an old time, small town shop. They take time know their regulars and learn people’s preferences. They are always friendly, helpful, and extremely fast considering how often there is a line of cars. (I should mention this location is drive-​thru only.) Even though the weekday faces seem to change seasonally, the new employees are always trained and ready to provide the same level of customer care as the bosses. (The only hiccup I have ever seen is during weekend hours. occasionally a newbie gets put on a weekend shift maybe before they are quite ready to handle taking orders and making complicated drinks solo.) Overall, if you are downtown Sioux City, this is where you should get your coffee.

I travel to Sioux City frequently. They have great hours for my driving schedule (sometimes you just need a little coffee!) and the best customer service I’ve received here. Oh and the coffee and pastries are good too.

My favorite coffee shop! I order an iced caramelicious pretty much ALL the time… don’t even need to say what I want half of the time… they know me by name as well as my «usual». (: Everything I have tried in the past has been good. The blended coffee drinks (fraps) are awesome. Red Bull & Green tea smoothies are good. My kids love the Fruit smoothies & cookies. If you like hot drinks, the caramelicious is definitely a good one. This place is better than Starbucks!

I highly recommend this place! Their drinks are on point and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I had a soy milk dirty chai. Delicious!

I have to admit I am a Starbucks girl but this place is SOOOO close to my work I had to try it. Of course some of my favs from the other place are not so much here but Scooters does kill it on some drinks!
My friend is crazy about the redbull smoothies, there flavor this month the dark raspberry mocha is yum-​my, and every once in a while i splurge w a cookie.
The absolute best part of the entire experience is the friendly staff. I have never rolled thru here without having THE best customer service… and that’s a great way to start your work day.

just moved here and i went to a random coffee place and they gave me pure chai when i ordered an iced chai… i almost died… long story short i drove through this place with the most perky barista i have ever heard and she gave me the most lovely chai i have ever had… i love you and just so you know who you are it was december 26^th 2012… it was wonderful thank you

I love this place. The girls working there are always friendly. I usually get a hot white chocolate mocha and it is great. You get more for your buck versus Starbucks which seems to have shrunken there sizes. Needless to say, no matter where you go, there is a time when your drink isn’t as great.

Came here on a business trip and this is right outside the Holiday Inn where I stayed. Ordered a White Mocha Hot and an Iced Latte.
Sad waste of five bucks since the mocha was watery and the espresso for the ice Latte was drawn in a machine that needs cleaning. McDonalds coffee is better than this place in my book and I don’t rank that so high. I’m writing this for myself to remind myself not to come here when I visit next time lol.
