Food was excellent and it has a very fun atmosphere. The bartenders were great. The NY Strip Michael was cooked really well.

We loved this place initially. We had finally found a restaurant we loved in Sioux Falls. Until just after Thanksgiving last year, we took our family to our new fav and we all(All but the one who didn’t go) ended up with food poisoning or the stomach flu. So we narrowed it down to here because it’s the only place 1 person didn’t go, and she was the only one who didn’t get sick. Now I just can’t think of this place without thinking of that. We loved the seasonal options and the regular items are really good. It’ll take some time for us to return, but I would like to.

Arrived at 12:15 and we were seated right away. Prompt service for our drink order. Husband ordered a wheat beer that was served with a lemon wedge instead of a orange wedge… and was flat. He didn’t complain to server. We started with the artichoke dip and it was about the smallest portion I’ve ever seen but was served with warm and delicious bread. The dip was very good and seemed freshly made with fresh ingredients. We had the Buffalo Burger and the Cuban both with the chop salad. Th salad was delicious… ingredients so fresh and tasty. Loved the grilled peppers! Our sandwiches were a delight and we will definitely be back when in town. Bathrooms were very clean and this is always a plus!

We’ve eaten at Grille 26 three or four times. Each time, the food was delicious and the service was great. I recommend to order the g26 chop salad as a side, at least.

A gem in central Sioux Falls. Their bleu cheese/bacon mussels and a cold pint at happy hour is as good as it gets. Pizza and many other menu selections are equally good at happy hour. If you go for lunch or dinner the selections and quality will satisfy. Parking can be tough but give this place a try. Your first visit will not be your last.

Prices were pretty good, like the food, sodas were… sodas, and the service was okay.

Amazing service & waitress. She was really knowledgable about the food on the menu and explained all the types of wine for my picky sister. Overall we had an amazing girls night there with friends & family.

What can I say, décor and food was very very good. The brussel sprouts are a must for the winter menu, the black and blue steak tips and red sangria werent anything to cry home about… but service was awesome. Thank you to our waitress Heather for some great recommendations as well as for dessert.

Rated Great neighborhood chops, consistent and well prepared. Black and Bleu Pasta A,?Flatbreads B, Chop-Chop salad A, most Pasta dishes B-well prepared. Come early for happy hour or the AARP crowd will tie up the bar area and you will not get happy hour in the restaurant seats. Drinks A, Food B, Service B, very formulated success here, someone works very hard at keeping things consistent. In short a very good neighborhood restaurant.

I absolutely love Grill 26! I have been a frequent customer and over the years this is consistently on my top three in Sioux Falls. The food is amazing. Everything from the starters to main courses you will not be disappointed. I suggest reservations as it can be busy. The atmosphere is fantastic and the wait staff are very friendly. The menu changes seasonally which is great with a world class chef. The fall menu is one of my favorites. Be sure to check out this fantastic dining establishment!

Very happy with our choice to eat here. The parking can be tricky but the food is worth it the interior is decorated nicely and seating is also perfect. The atmosphere is casual and perfect for date nights. Full bar so you can have exactly what you want. The menu was large and had so many unique items. Not your typical foods you can get everywhere. Over all it was fantastic. Our server was Lan and she did a fantastic job. Can’t wait to eat there again

I thought Grille 26 was okay, but the food is nothing special. It’s a beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I think they want to be a high-end dining experience, but in the end it’s just average and on par with any chain restaurant.

Great food, but what really stood out was our a service by Sarah. I never looked at the menu. I asked what I should get. She recommended the beef kabob with coconut rice as an app. For dinner I looked at the menu briefly and told her I had it narrowed down to a few choices. She asked if I wanted her to surprise me. I’ve never been asked that by a server. I said sure. She brought the walleye. It was a great light dish. I live out of state, but quill be back when I return for business again.

Unilocal reviewers rarely let me down. Tonight I was disappointed. I had the Cajun Creole based on the servers recommendation following my query on the Andouille sausage. Hey, if the dish has real Andouille, I’m sold. I was sorely disappointed. I was in Mississippi a couple months ago and craved some good creole with Andouille. This dish sorely disappointed as the ‘andouille’ was a polish kielbasa. Adding to the disappointment was the only spice/heat in the ‘cajun’ cream sauce was a overdose of black pepper. The dish was far from a Cajun creole as the kielbasa and black pepper did not bring any hint of Cajun to my palate. The only reason for a second star was the tasty side salad, bread and a glass of Milk Stout. Minerva’s don’t play Cajun when you are playing Polish kielbasa.

One perk about living in this neighborhood is Grille 26. Their primo margarita is second only to the one I had on my honeymoon in Mexico. I am never disappointed with the food, we’ve been going here for over a year now, and it is one of our favorite restaurants! The tuna sandwich is my husband’s favorite for lunch, and their creole penne is my own guilty pleasure. If you decide to check out grille 26, I recommend that you also save room for dessert. I think I have tried every option, and each are absolutely amazing!

Suprise! A great spot in Sioux Falls. I had the Shrimp and Grits, yep in the middle of SD. I lived LA so I have some cred here, they were good. They had a whole Mardi Gras menu? Wifey had the Chx Tacos, she thought bland. Good service and nice atmosphere. This will be. Go to spot for us while visiting.

Was there for dinner with a friend around 8:30. We were handed menus quite quickly. The server was really nice and let us get on with our talking. He then provided US with some recommendations that worked really well. We shared the pesto mushroom pizza and the saffron mussels. The mussels were pretty good and quite large for an appetizer, good thing we did share it. By the time we got to the pizza it was only slightly warm. It was still good but could have been better hot. Too much talking, I guess. All in all good experience and I shall be back. There were many items that sounded good.

I’ve got to admit: coming to Sioux Falls, I did not have high expectations for«Grill 26.» I had imagined an upscale Applebee’s(at best). Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. When my pinot noir was actually served in a Pinot Noir glass, I was beyond impressed. That’s worth a single star right there. Hell, we don’t get that in most parts of Cali(unless you’re in a high-end wine bar or five-star establishment with a wine sommelier). Then, the menu at Grill 26 had a wide variety of creative culinary selections which left me pondering the menu for quite some time. I opted for the(fairly) local(definitely«regional») Walleye. I am very glad I did … perfectly prepared and still moist and delicious with some delightful fingerlings and carrots on the side. Nothing to blow your socks off, but rock solid, quality food, for sure. My only criticism was that it was slightly under-seasoned. An easy enough fix. Plus, the service(at the bar) was exceptional. I’d come back to Grill 26 in a minute(and still might before my trip ends).
