We have been traveling a week cross country and this room is one of the nicest. Love the recliner chair! We will change our plans to stay here again on our return from mt Rushmore.

We stayed here because we needed a pet friendly hotel, we have a small hypoallergenic puppy. The hotel was very clean, smelled great, beds were comfy, pool was heated so kids had a blast and breakfast was well stocked. Overall great hotel!

We came in at 2:00 am and was greeted by Marjorie. She was stellar! She set us up in a warm and professional manner. The hotel room and facilities were spotless. The price was just right for weary travelers.

The room was very clean and very nice. We got a king suite. My husband and I walked in and both said«wow» at the same time. Would definately stay again.

QUALITYINNSIOUXFALLS A nice clean updated room with a comfy leather recliner and plenty of outlets for electronics. This hotel is close to the airport so they cater to business travelers during the week. We were here on a Saturday night and there was a tour bus full of people as well as a baseball team. We were a family of four traveling across country and came from Rapid City. We booked the room while on the road that afternoon. Some things to consider if you are traveling as a family. They have a pool and hot tub, but it was super crowded with summer Saturday night kids. We had been traveling for a week and I had 3 loads of laundry to do. The laundry room was very small with no table to put clothes(or other peoples clothes). Worst of all, it was extremely HOT in that small room. Laundry is a terrible task as it is and this experience was no fun. Especially when there are others doing laundry at the same time. There is only one main elevator in this hotel and it’s extremely slow. Especially when the hotel is busy and they are using the only elevator to load and unload dozens of suitcases at a time from a tour bus.

Taking the kids on their first road trip. Chose this hotel based on other Unilocal reviews and we were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean… sheets were nice… bed was not overly comfortable but it was adequate. Continental breakfast includes hot options. Shower was a very pleasant surprise with great water pressure and an above average shower head. And we’re off!

A bit out of the way, but worth it. The staff was quick and very helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Will stop again when through this area.

Can barely give it one star. Poor service. Unclean rooms. Slow Internet. Poor breakfast. Total bomb of a hotel. Never ever stay.

We stopped for gas on our way from Wyoming to IL, and we decided this was as good a place as any to rest for the night. It was a little odd that there was no one at the front desk at 8pm on a holiday, but I used the courtesy phone and the girl arrived promptly. Check-in was no hassle, the room was clean, the beds were adequate and it served our purposes. Pros: — Denny’s at the truck stop nearby — Area next to the front desk sells food items(including microwavable meals) — Sink and vanity are located INSIDE the bathroom(doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s important to me). — Fridge and microwave in the room — We had a rocking/reclining chair in the room that my kid enjoyed — Plenty of parking — Quiet Cons: — Location in relation to the city — Mediocre breakfast — A little higher priced than I expected for the location.

I stayed in this hotel during a cross-country road trip. The room was newly remodeled and very nice with the added bonus of a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, yogurt, bananas, apples, oranges, instant oatmeal, waffles(make-your-own), and coffee. Nothing fancy, but really a great perk! Location was convenient for easy access to the freeway(although maybe far away from everything else in Sioux Falls) Free wi-fi, breakfast, and reasonable prices make this hotel a no-brainer. Would definitely stay here again.

three stars only because of location, however we weren’t using it for location, just as a place to sleep on a road trip. Great service by the staff, clean rooms, nice hotel. Breakfast was okay, but not enough protein for my taste. I’d stay here again if in Sioux Falls again.

I couldn’t wait to write my review of the Quality Inn and add it to my, «Places you can Stay if you have OCD» hotel list. Thanks, Unilocalers, for steering me in the right direction once again. The Man and I spent three nights at the Quality Inn during our latest trip to Sioux Falls. Determining that this year was our«grown-up» year, we set off to spend nights in our own space. Being bounced around the various guest rooms of family members can be great, but sometimes challenging on extended trips. Anyhoo, Quality Inn boasted immaculate rooms(hence the list mention), comfortable beds, super-nice staff, fast wireless, great cable, and a nice continental breakfast. I had to break with the five star tradition on location alone. On the upside, you’re really close to the airport and highways while the new construction keeps the rooms super-quiet. On the downside, you’re not within walking distance to anything. M and I walked over to the truck stop, but took our lives in to our own hands doing so. Bottom line: you can feel confident you’ll get a great night’s sleep here and will enjoy your visit. Just keep your own intentions in mind when determining how much of a deal breaker/selling point the location is.

I don’t know that I’ve stayed in a Quality Inn that was this nice, but it was very clean, newly remodeled, and they provided a great breakfast! We had a great stay and would definitely go back if ever in the area.

I took a trip to Sioux Falls, SD from Minneapolis, MN to visit a friend in mid-September. When looking for a hotel, I wasn’t looking for luxury or upscale so much as I was looking for a well-maintained, clean facility that offered breakfast. I found a great deal in the Quality Inn & Suites in Sioux Falls on just about every level. The room rate(which people need to remember changes based on a variety of factors), was very good for what you get. I arrived late to the hotel on a stormy night, and the overnight staff were outstandingly friendly(thank you to the three ladies, I am sorry I do not remember your names off hand). A very nice welcome, especially given the weather and the late hour and I appreciated their chipper attitudes. I was immediately surprised at the décor of the hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of Quality Inn before(some are really run down), but this was by far the nicest. Modern décor, furniture and tiling. Getting to the hotel wasn’t difficult with my GPS unit, though it is definitely not in the heart of the city by any means and ended up being several miles away from all of my destinations, but that is more my own fault than the hotels. But believe me when I say there is not much(if anything) in the surrounding area without a vehicle, excluding a large truck stop/gas station. I do think the airport is nearby, however, though I may be mistaken: I do not know Sioux Falls well. The room itself was very clean and very nice, especially for a smoking room. The beds were comfortable and the room’s furniture a nice, dark cherry wood. I appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee-maker, which aren’t seen as frequently at this price point, as well as the channel line-up and internet access. The bathroom was average sized, but the marble counter and curved shower rod made any time spent in it quite enjoyable. The real highlight of this hotel, outside of the fantastic guest service and newness of the property(as well as its upkeep) was the breakfast. It’s not a five star meal, but I was very surprised to see bacon and biscuits with gravy, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurts, and a variety of other options available. This is huge for families and though I was travel ling alone, this made a huge impression. If you’ve ever stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites, you’ll notice it is VERY similar. The breakfast area was very nice with a TV, though on a busy morning, could be considered on the smaller side. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I didn’t get to talk to the front desk much beyond check in, but my experience was very positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. My only complaint is the location, though a bit more thorough research on my part would’ve remedied this. Thanks for the great stay, everyone.

Being that we had to stop in South Dakota(all the love really, but we are from Texas, it’s just different) it’s not a high end hotel, but this one is the third we have been in this trip up I-35 and I-29. The nicest staff and best quality rooms I have seen so far. Can’t tell you what a nice change it is to have«free» wifi that works. Last hotel was $ 50 more expensive, same chain, different name(Clarion) and location(last one was in ND), but this one really stands out as so much better. Great job on this hotel.

Great place to stay. The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and well furnished, and the staff was great. There is a free continental breakfast in the morning. There’s not much around the hotel(it is in South Dakota) but it’s a great place to stop while on the road. Highly recommended.
