Hired John as a second inspection (due to a poor job on the first inspectors part — different company) and John did an excellent job! I already owned the house by the time I hired him but I felt he did a thorough and fair job. Gave me helpful hints, told me what was going on during the process, explained every little question I had. Just a good person that you can really trust. Spent over 3 hours on my 1400 sq ft manufactured home and inspected every inch. I got an over 30 page fully detailed report and he made sure to go over all the results with me in person as well. He came highly recommended to me from an energy type company in Eugene and wow I’m super impressed! I finally feel safe in my home. The woman I was in contact with at his office was also so professional and kind. Made me feel like a valued customer and treated me with respect just as John did. I will totally recommend John with AmeriSpec in Sisters to ANYONE looking to purchase a home and needs a good inspection.
