I like this place. I mean don’t get me wrong it’s no Lowe’s but they usually have everything I need and it’s close to my house. they even have a nice paint selection and will custom color match paint for you. Tip … they will recycle your old paint here.

I’m a local and I try not to shop here. Folks are nice but you pay 3x more than anywhere else… example need some small carabiners. First stop Luttons where I paid 2.79 ea! Stopped at Bimart – they had them too. Only they were .79 ea! Needless to say I’m returning the Luttons’ ones.

Was in the other day, I was within 10 feet of 3 different employees, searched 2 different isles for certain sanding tool, not one said hello or asked if i needed help. Couldnt find what i was looking for, walked right past the cashier talking to another non busy employee, not a peep, A business like this you would expect they would know something about the basics of customer service. The ace store in Redmond shut down, they had good service.

They are excellent about helping customers… you needn’t hunt for help like in Home Depot.

It had been a while since I was in Lutton’s and it is exactly as I remembered it, perhaps just a bit cleaner and better organized. Not really much to review on a place like this, the service was acceptable and the prices seem reasonable.
