Suttle Tea

Horrible service, disorganized, waited 15 minutes to get a tea menu, got menu, placed an order for 1 to go tea and 2 bags of tea, took 25 minutes to measure out 3 oz. of tea and make a chai to go so 35 minutes just for a cup of tea, it wasn’t busy when I ordered either, so I can’t imagine how bad it is when it’s busy. While waiting, they ran out of tea mugs for customers drinking tea, no one was washing the mugs. When they gave me the teas, they have them to me unlabeled, then it took another 10 minutes for them to be labeled. It was disorganized and staff was unapologetic, it must be like this normally in this tea house. They seemed to have an over abundance of workers, so not sure why it was so chaotic.

Deleted last review for here until I tried it again, so after several tries it still has not improved. Each time for a to go cup of hot tea latte has taken apx 15 – 28 minutes, there should be a sign or employees should tell you for even to go cup it takes a long time (esp for those who try to go in quickly on a work break). Cant get the bubble tea I was told until after noon which is disappointing and when I did get it it had no milk in it one time and another time even asking it to be extra sweet was still bitter tasting. Not many options for iced teas there are two choices a basic black and a lemongrass, no green tea which myself and several I know in town love iced flavored green tea in the morning, would be nice if there was more iced options. Took several people in with me at various times and everyone had many complaints about taste but the same biggest complaint that the to go orders should get done before the sit down orders due to how long it takes and those who ordered iced tea the ice was melted and or gone before the hot drinks were even done. One good thing is its very clean inside.

Tried the bubble tea it was very bitter needed a lot more sweetener. Also tried an herbal hot tea several times and each time it is scolding hot it burned my mouth and after 3 hours of it sitting in the ice cold car it was just then warm and able to drink. Not a fan of waiting so long for a cup of tea, I love teas and have tried various teas from all over the world and never have waited that long for one cup, but have high hopes for this place and its improvements in the future.

This is such a great place to hang out. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable. The chai lattes are amazing (and they have hemp milk), and the gluten free crepes taste and feel like the real thing!

Great little tea café in Sisters! Lots of teas to choose from (and coffee too). Plus they sell crepes!
Had a strawberry crêpe and a chai tea — delicious! Best part is they are open past 6pm — unlike all the other places in Sisters.
