Corps of Engineers dedicated the lake in 1977. It has lots of picnic tables, some covered shelters, camping with electricity,
swimming, playgrounds, boat ramp, pier, and restrooms with showers. No lifeguard. There is hiking. The area is in good shape and nicely maintained. There are fees for use, $ 8.00 camping, $ 1.00 a person swimming, $ 3.00 boat launching
