Taco Bueno

Took 9+ minutes to get my order in, and there was only 2 people in front of me. The girl taking orders had no idea what she was doing and had to keep calling people over to help her. While in line, I decided to completely change my order as to not confuse her.
2 beef Bob’s is what I ordered, and it took 13 minutes to come out! The poor older lady that was handing out orders was running around trying to deliver to-​go orders, but they were all wrong, and she was having to go back and forth. She should have checked them herself before bringing them out, but anyway…
The other 2 guys that were with me had their food and finished it before I could even sit down. I wound up eating my lunch in the truck on the go, because the little bit of time we had to stop and eat, was wasted trying to order and actually get my food!
We stopped here for a speedy lunch, and turned into me being frustrated for the next couple hours at the lack of competence! Also my Bob’s were the smallest Bob’s I’ve ever gotten from any Taco Bueno. I eat these all the time, so I have a pretty good idea of what they’re supposed to look like… What a freaking let down!
FYI, I went to a sit down Mexican restaurant not far away and it actually took less time to get in and out then Taco Bueno! Unacceptable!!! And actually the price was cheaper, which begs the question, Why would you come to Taco Bueno in Skiatook when you can go down the street and have a better quality food in a shorter amount of time for cheaper? I won’t say the name of the restaurant as to not sound like I’m trying to advertise for them.
I’m giving 2 stars because the food was at least Bueno quality as far as the taste (not the size), and the restaurant was pretty clean.
I still have my receipt, so I will be reviewing this at corporate as well…

The food is great !!! Very clean restaurant.
