This review is on the customer service I experienced with Max Stout Studio. This past December I ordered a CD at a District Band concert to commemorate my son’s accomplishment. Unfortunately, the wrong one came in the mail. I emailed the company about the mix-up, wondering if it would be difficult to get it straightened out. I was very happy to get a reply apologizing for the mistake and a promise to have the correct CD sent out to me immediately, which did arrive quickly. Mix-ups and mistakes happen all the time but the true test comes in how a company handles it. My experience has shown me Max Stout Studio is a conscientious company that wants the customer to be happy. Kudos!
