Aveeno Products

I love all aveeno products. My father has psoriasis (covering 65% of his body) and the basic lotion they sell is the only thing that works for him. I love that it helps him not itch and can even clear a patch for him of he uses it often enough. And he’s tried every prescription strength topical cream they have on the market. They all failed him so that says a lot.
However I’m only giving 4 stars because I’ve been using the «Aveeno ACTIVE NATURALS positively radiant make up removing wipes» they are effective at removing all the make up. I wake up without even a trace of «raccoon» eyes. It says «easily removes makeup, oil and dirt that can dull skin reveals softer, smoother looking skin» well its done nothing for that. And I’ve noticed its been making the skin around my nose and eyes hurt and feel kinda raw.
I will still buy aveeno product because it is a brand I trust. I just won’t be buying this one anymore.

They have great customer service and listens to their customer’s requests attentively. I purchased a lotion that was about a year ago and for some reason it changed color on me. The lady told me to send the remaining portion back to them and she sent me a coupon for a replacement and told me they will check into why the color changed in the lotion. I received the stamped envelope in two days… now that is fast service.
They have great products… you should try Ultra calming lotion if you ever have a redness on your face… after a couple of uses it really reduces it.
