I had an awful experience here… one of my scripts did not go through on my insurance… the second did but they were short and gave me only a few days supply. I have no idea what the error was but when I went to another pharmacy I got them in 5 minutes.
The staff violatted HIPPA by broadcasting my personal information to everyone in the area. A large sign asks customers to stand behind it for the privacy of those at the counter. The staff does not comprehend that your insurer and what you are picking up are private issues.
Going back to get my script the Pharmacist approached my and pointed out the privacy sign; the one the staff pervious refused to seemed to understand asking people to stay behind the sign,
