Clean bathrooms, nice trees and picnic area. Vending machines were also clean and well stocked.

A great rest area! Perfect to stop for bathroom breaks and to stretch your legs with clean restrooms and a lot of open space to walk. There is an area to walk the dog and to get snacks from the vending machine. There is the welcome center building which offers maps, books and a helpful staff who will get you aquatinted with what there is to do in Virginia. They also have a lot of historical information about the state of Virginia. Welcome to Virginia and whether you’re staying or just driving thru make sure to stop by here.
