I am a property manager and use A-​Tech for pest control, and recently had two units with bed bugs and called them to come out. There was an issue with their first inspection in the first unit, but Norma made sure it was corrected and she came out personally for each inspection in addition to the other technician. Her diligence in making sure I was satisfied and my tenants at ease is why I am writing this review. The most recent treatment of bed bugs has been flawless, and Norma is even going out on a Saturday for another treatment since another bug was found, and she didn’t want my tenants to wait until Monday. Their prices are also reasonable and less expensive than other companies.

My wife and I had a bad infestation of bed bugs and had the pleasure of having Justin/​Norma help us. Justin had to make four trips before we got rid of all the bugs. Justin was hard working and zealous in identifying and ridding us of this infestation. I would recommended them to any one with a pest control problem. Norma could not have been more considerate in scheduling our appointments.

I can’t believe I am just now reviewing this wonderful company! I have had the pleasure of working with Norma and her team for quite a few years. I manage a portfolio of 150 condo units throughout the city, and I wouldn’t be able to do it without her and her team. They are lighting quick to respond, tenants LOVE her, and she sees every issue through to completion. She has dealt with every possible type of pest for my portfolio, and she always does it with a smile! She is truly an expert. I highly recommend you utilize them!

My parents bought a second hand bed that was infested with bed bugs. I called a «reputable» exterminating company. They came, charged me, and promised that the bed bugs were gone.
Approximately 2 weeks later… I started seeing bed bugs again.
I then call A-​Tech. Norma and Justin came, evaluated the situation and quoted me a very reasonable price.
They were professional, informative, knowledgeable and extremely nice!
Justin took his time, explained the process and assured me he would do his best!
It’s been 2 months now and I’m finally breathing again!!!

This review is long overdue. Norma and her team are amazing! I am a Property Manager in the Chicago area and use A-​Tech Pest Solutions for ALL of the properties I manage.
Norma is very responsive, she is willing to coordinate with the tenants. She is always following up to make sure that everything was taken care of. She truly goes above and beyond!
I would highly recommend A-​Tech to anyone, they are the best!!!
