Anne is very personable and takes the time to listen and advise her patients. Her office staff is wonderful. She had the convenience of two office locations, which was great. Marilyn and Beth at the Skokie office are very kind and understanding and Erika and Gina were very personable at the Schaumburg office. Erika was a great ultrasound technician and always made me feel comfortable. Anne and all of her support staff help you during a trying emotional time. Through her expertise and the support of her staff we were able to get pregnant on our first IUI try. Anne and Marilyn advised when our best chances to conceive were and explained all of our options. We were paying out of pocket for our services so we are glad that we chose Anne’s office to help us. Anne is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable Doctor. We are really glad we went with North Shore Fertility Clinic.

Anne Borkowski is one of the best fertility doctors in Illinois. We tried one other doctor and the experience was horrible compared to the amazing service Anne provided. She is very personable and extremely knowledgable about all the procedures, medications and options.
During our process to have a child we had several questions and concerns that occurred at odd hours of the day and night. Anne gave us her personal cell phone number to call or text anytime. Wow! That is service.
